Complaints Procedure
Our vision is to offer the highest quality, personalised and intuitive care and education for every child we have the privilege of caring for. And, if we fall short of this, we want to know about it.
We have a duty to maintain and enhance the quality of our care and education and to provide an effective system for handling complaints. Our complaints procedure allows complainants to raise matters of concern without fear of disadvantage and in the knowledge that privacy and confidentiality will be respected.
We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services. Complaints will be recorded, along with any action taken. When you make a complaint, you will be told who will be investigating it and how long the process is likely to take. We’ll keep you informed with the progress of the complaint.
